Squadra is a free social tool for friends to track football predictions during the FIFA World Cup. By creating an account or joining a crew, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. No money handling
Squadra does not accept, hold, process, transfer, escrow, or distribute any money, prizes, or anything of monetary value. Any pot, entry fee, prize split, or financial arrangement that members of a crew choose to organize is handled exclusively between those members, outside of the service. Squadra has no visibility into and no responsibility for any such arrangement.
2. Not a gambling platform
Squadra does not operate, license, promote, condone, or facilitate gambling, betting, wagering, or games of chance. The service is intended as a free, social way for friends to record predictions and compare them. We do not advertise odds, do not encourage staking money, and do not run any kind of pari-mutuel, sportsbook, or pool-betting operation.
3. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Squadra. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the service — including any private arrangement among crew members — is permitted under the laws of your country, state, region, or municipality. Where any form of friendly betting is restricted or unlawful, you must not use Squadra to organize or participate in it.
4. Use at your own risk
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scoring, availability, or non-infringement. Squadra makes no guarantees about uptime, data retention, scoring correctness, or the conduct of any user. You use the service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own decisions, picks, and any agreements you enter into with other users.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squadra, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of money, prizes, data, goodwill, or friendships — arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, any private arrangement organized through it, or any dispute between users. You agree to indemnify and hold Squadra harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or your conduct toward other users.
6. Changes & governing terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Squadra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Squadra and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
